Here’s the decoder ring for the three stave profiles used in this one:

Makers 46 (4): made from seared French oak and delivers dried fruit, vanilla and spice

Roasted French mendiant (5): French oak cooked on low in a convection oven. It adds pleasant traces of milk chocolate, nuts and dried dark fruit.

Toasted French spice (1): French oak that's toasted in a convection oven, first at high heat and then low heat. Sp has a flavor profile of smoke, coumarin and spice.

 

I have plans for the ones I bought, but if there’s still any left when I’m back there on Weds I’ll let you know.

 

I'm in the PST zone... but, most of my work is with east coasters, so early afternoon I can step out to the backyard and make some progress on the greenhouse. Best to save the drinks for after power saw time. It's getting dark too damn early and cold for me; narrows down the time I can be out there.

I did notice the Stave profiles on these 2 have 80% overlap.

Yeah I’d probably enjoy that. I think the graham cracker is coming from the Baked American Pure, one of the tasting notes is brown sugar.

This one will be really interesting to taste:
