Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

Well 1st deer processed, in the freezer , tomorrow is youth weekend and my boy is sick he still wants to go, may see how the afternoon goes , told him to get better I won’t go back out without him, the rest of my season is to get him a deer

 

It doesn't seem to matter if I sleep during the day or not, sleeping at night has always been a problem. My brain won't shut off.

 

Probably not at this point.

She has me house trained now...

 

Better get that checked out, probably just wax but you don't want to take a chance.
A friend had an ear infection and ended up in a coma with spinal meningitis...

He had a long recovery but was very fortunate, he worked full time and also ran a hobby farm and trained horses on the side - if he hadn't been so active (and therefore very fit) he would have died.

The Dr’s office and hospitals have always been a double edge sword IMO.

Go when you have to but educate yourself first. If possible, have someone with you.

Re: poll- yeah, we get trick or treaters. We live in a smallish neighborhood but at the top of a hill. Kids and parents have to work to get up so we try to make it worth their effort.

First deer of the year for me, smoke pole opened this morning.

How long is muzzle loader open for you?

 

No trick or treaters here. Road is too busy and there's no sidewalks. Neighborhood across the way might, but town does a parade to try and keep it confined to one location and for safety.

 

Ive got the same problem with no side walks. But 90% of the neighborhood are also second homes and on stilts so never get any trick or treaters either. The kids aren’t dumb enough to want to run up and down a flight of stairs at every house. What I do really like about the area is the local volunteer fire department station with go up and down every street in the area dressed up for every holiday. They usually start about a week before the holiday and will be out every evening until they hit every street

 

2 weeks, then rifle until January 1st.

 

No kidding! Very jealous over here.

This morning's frosty sunrise. First sit behind the house in the ladder stand this year, hoping something will cruise through. It's beautiful and sunny now, but was a chilly start.
A little weird, cause I can see the house and shop from here...

 

We don't have trick or treaters in my neighborhood either. These rich little fockers buy their own candy.
