Yes Italian dressing, as simple as it is - is great for marinating chicken. Wow that chicken looks good.

Now I see there's an air fryer thread! I hope air fryers produce a nice pizza crust. From what I've seen
    and heard here they do.

    Ha!

I was out at a restaurant a while ago and had a salad with italian dressing, and thought, damn I forgot how much I liked this. Thought this would be good on grilled chicken. The next week I made some and it was great!

We marinate our veggies in Italian dressing before grilling them. They turn out great!

I like to cut up small sweet potatoes and air fry them after drizzling Italian dressing on them. Tastes great.

We hit up Can A Broth Get A Slice again last night. It was as good as always.

Turned out pretty good! We used Publix pre made dough and it was a little thick. Going to make our own next time. The bottom of the crust cooked faster than the top of the pizza so have to mess around with that. Kamado was preheated at 650 for 15 minutes before we cooked the first pie. Way better than pizza cooked in our oven though.

I've never had a pizza from Aldi before.

    20221029_174304.jpg

It has a nice cracker-like crust but the sauce is a touch acidic for me. Good, but I won't be itching for another one any time soon.

Not counting the leftovers for tomorrow, of course. :p

Made a batch of dough about a month ago and had a small ball leftover the perfect size for a personal pan pizza. I oiled it up, put it in a zip lock and froze it. Pulled it out tonight and thawed it at room temp, it worked great!

But then they'd be even instead of me being able to take the pieces with more meat!
