I like this. I just don’t like having to drill into the bumper. But I hate how my license plate bracket sticks out, leaving a gap for a fairlead I don’t have.

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
I did my own by tapping into the illumination circuit to power a single LED. If interested I could build the wire harness for you.

I have a hood switch that came with the remote start. But it’s backwards. Open contact when open closed when closed

It switches automatically wether you have a switch or not. I have an aftermarket head unit and iDatalink maestro to turn on the front and rear cam. Works the same.

That’s exactly the position I was in. The SSO tilting license plate bracket I bought sticks out at least 2”, so this looked much sleeker and was what I was aiming for.

That math doesn’t seem to add up. Your friend may need to see a doctor or they are buying some high grade non-mass market stuff.

Mine saved my ass. Last year a motorcyclist hit me and damaged my passenger front fender and gouged my wheel, and he was lucky he didn’t get hurt or worse. I thought for sure I messed up because I signaled for a lane change and he hit me. My front and rear cams showed he hit me prior to me changing lanes. The cops were on my side and ticketed him. In the end, I paid nothing out of pocket and no dings on my license. Usually they side with the motorcyclist. I get it, splitting lanes are legal, but not when you’re going too fast, and that was clearly showing on the camera footage.
