I'll do a European mount. The woodlot he came out of has a bunch of junk in it, like old cars and household garbage from the 50's. I think I'll take a walk and see if I can find something cool to put the skull on.

Here's one I did, just went to the wood pile and grabbed an old board from a skid or something. :DIMG_20210104_110430.jpg

I struggle to understand why some people can't grasp this simple truth.

Y'know how when you drag your wife through a store called something like "Mega tool, gun, tractor & electronics warehouse superstore" and she says "that was nice" in that tone of voice...

Well, in the same tone -- That was nice...

For the last few *cough* weeks (about 250 or so...) the kitchen drain has gotten balky and slow, the water always went down..... eventually.

Well, last *cough* week (defined as early June) the water got to paint drying slow. :turtleride:

In my defense I didn't want to tackle this (or last 2 weeks roof) in the height of summer for the chance of heat stroking my self into an ambulance ride -- or better.

 Unrelated: Mrs Green is always very conscientious reminding me about that life insurance payment... :notsure:

So the sink drains to a 4" pipe that goes somewhat more than 50 feet to a dry well out in the yard. After excavating down I found a tapered concrete access cover about 12" across, laying on my belly I could work the 50 foot flat sewer snake at full arm reach.

About 7 hours of grunting and wheezing along with 137 trips between the hole and stuffing myself under the kitchen sink with a 25 foot drum auger and a Drain King the sink now drains like a flume ride.
I hobbled in the house at 9:30 last night hurting like a got my @$$ kicked by the London Jets... :bananadead:

    London_Jets.jpg

(...lets see if anyone gets that reference without google...;))

People for the most are clueless that don`t hunt they have no concept of game management.

Then they never see the effects of the animals in an area to small to support the quantity of Animals !!

If they don`t want human Hunters Bring Back Wolves if some domestic animals get eaten the price of not using human hunters.

I don't pay much attention to lunar tables, I pretty much go as often as possible regardless (which, luckily for me...is alot :)).
I do think deer are on their feet more when the moon is bright at night, but thats just an observation from randomly driving around looking for them for 20 30 close to 40 years. I think I could pay off the national debt with the money I've spent on gas just from chasing deer:anonymous:
But I wouldn't do it because it's the national debt, it ain't my debt.

    Oooofta may!

While I hate that everything of mine drains into the septic, all is very accessible (my county will not allow a separate drain field for "gray water" IE sinks, tubs, and washing machine). When I replaced my kitchen sink I plumbed it all in 1 1/2" sch40 hard piping. More volume than that Mickey Mouse trap stuff and I still have a way to disassemble it. I do have to cut out the rest of the copper drain lines in the house. There's some 4" left along with a good run of 1 1/2". Back in the day it was ok, but it just doesn't work for today's demand. I'll probably make my money back just in the scrap alone

A lot of things were done before I was born. I was born in 1989, so just a youngin'... My house was built in 1965 and I question some of the stuff the "old timers" did.

Thought about secretly digging a 150' trench with my friends Terrimite backhoe for some 6" sock pipe and a grease/debris trap for everything other than the toilet to drain into. Was common in Mississippi where the health department was not quite up your ass about that stuff like PA...

We had a little neighborhood get together this evening, something we try and do once a year when it cools off a bit.
I live a street over from one of the many intracoastal waterways, this one in particular was the main way to travel north and south up into the 1870's-1880's when Henry Flagler built his railroad. Many affluent northerners built winter homes along side the Indian River. Some of those homes have been razed through the years, some others have been restored to their original glory.
Tonight I got to hear some stories and some history from a few of those original home owners. I love when a homeowner knows the history of their home and the area. One in particular did research until he could prove the colors the house was originally finished in in 1875 and that is how it looks today.
