My tires clear with plenty of clerance on 35s with a simple chop but I am LT so that helps with tire clearance

You do realize that everything that you've changed and done to the truck has completely changed the way it's going to react and handle an impact especially an offset one like that.

So for those that don't know the reason why I was MIA for a while. I had a lot of big thing going on until recently and now things are starting to slow down and I can relax some. We did a bunch of traveling and staying at the beach over the summer.

I got another random question. Anyone know the thickness of the metal tailgate panels? Like the MobTown or similar, I have the DXF to make my own panel but cant decide how thick to go. I'm thinking .090" or .125" aluminum would be fine or maybe 14G steel. what do you guys think?

Looks like the steel is 14ga and aluminum is 1/8" from what I could find

Yep I was gonna say my tire sticks out so much now I could probably do a cab mount relocate cause it’s not in the wheel well as much anymore. As long as I sleep good at night that’s all I really care about lol

I don’t even need it though cause I have plenty of clerance and only have like 2.5 degrees of caster

Thanks Phil, I half assed looked at some of them at work Friday and couldn't find an answer. I think I'm going to use 14G and powder coat it texture black. Might even get crafty and bend up a tailgate cap too.

If I can get some time on the laser I can fit 6 of them on a sheet. Only downside is I don't have the hole dimensions, only the general shape. You will have to lay your factory panel on it and transfer the holes.
