Put in for vacay tmrw to wrap up the last of the drywall, really hoping the last cabinet shows up so I can get someone in here to measure for countertops.

I'll have to start a repair thread where I only fix everything with a hammer, one flatbladed screwdriver(with broken handle), vise grips, and zip ties.

    Then I can be unique:anonymous:

Want to do my house next? :D

All the work you're putting in is paying dividends, it's definitely not the same house you posted when you moved in

ODST campaign isn't bad but it's definitely different. It's a smoke + whiskey pregame kind of campaign

Dang I missed the meat of the weekend drama. Too busy wheeling and camping. Timmy needs to spend more time outside by the looks of it. To start a pissing match with Dirty Pool, the most knowledgeable first gen guy, one of the "old guys" shows how out of touch he is.

The key is to budget it all out, then take said budgent and rip it up. Cause even adding 30% for surprises aint enough.

Yeah except he isn't a whiner. The thing is the "old guys" with the knowledge pass it on free and clear. Helping the next guy is the key. It feels good. These younger folks that feel that it's a side hustle and should get paid for reading the FSM is a joke. I've hung around @turbodb since he got into it. And he has gone from a guy we taught how to air down to an extremely knowledgeable Toyota nut. I still enjoy teaching him new tricks (like using a loaf of bread to remove a pilot bearing) but the reality I learned the tricks somewhere before and it's not like the originator of that old school technique is getting credit. Never will. Tricks of the trade I suppose. Ad for the monetizing it, Dan retired a few years ago and his money he makes funnels back to his truck for maintenance and upgrades to continue the content. It would be one thing if Dan used screenshots from Tims videos to illustrate a point but he doesn't. He is covered in grease figuring it out and writing it down. So what if he got a little insight from a YouTube video before him? That's how I got my engineering degree for ducks sake.

Couldn't agree more. I've utilized both Timmah and @turbodb content more than once. They each have their own place. Hell, we all started somewhere. It just irks me to no end to hear Timmah bitch about it "because he wants the credit", yet he fails to recognize that people like @Dirty Pool have led the way for years before the monetization with YouTube...

So...the start of part 4 was oddly familiar (though I've never played it before until now).

Then I remembered the show. Plays real close to the video game which is cool.

It's validation for me really. I always thought Timmy acted as if the world owed him something. His fit today proves that my impression of who he is as a person was 100% spot on.
