This just arrived today. Now I’ll be ready for my first oil change.

Lol, just broke 2,000 miles. I have a ways to go but figured I’d get the tools ready to do it. I’m not using the free oil changes, I don’t trust anyone else to do them. I’ll probably do the first one around 5,000 miles.

Im with the same mindset. I have 3700 miles on mine right now and slowly gather tools to do my own oil changes as well: bought the oil, will be buying a fumoto valve and the same wrench you got.

Today I mounted my Hi-Lift Jack on the shelves I installed in the bed.

I located recovery gear under the Hi-Lift so it doesn't move unless I remove the jack.

Today, I FINALLY replaced those hideous chrome accented tail lights, with proper TRD pro tail light assemblies. While I was in there, I added the MESO Customs Stage 1 tail light set.

Next, I removed some more chrome by installing the MESO Customs V5 Switchback mirror signals, set to reverse sequential to match the factory headlights.

Finally, I added the AC Drain Kit mod from @Vorra65 .

This truck is getting closer and closer to a more perfect version of my ‘18. Only a Mountain Hatch tail gate insert, pro grille & garnish, and Baja Designs Amber Squadrons to do, and I’ll be happy…for a minute. :)

    Exterior chrome annihilation nearly complete.
Bumper shells fit like a champ and only took about 15 min to install for a doofus like me.

    edit: got them from https://www.ecoological.com/

Might have to get this. Only 200 miles so I don’t have to worry about oil changes for a while, but I’m still debating on if I’m going to let the dealer change the oil. Somebiches have sprayed oil everywhere and overtorqued bolts commonly. Not to mention I have to trust they know how to drive a manual. Wonder if they’ll just give me the oil change stuff to do myself…

Installed fog lights on my dads 2019 SR access cab. I used the same kit as the YouTube video

    https://youtu.be/zr82GLFWzPc

Only difference is I used OEM bezels and OEM fog lights. I tried using OEM led fog lights but they did not turn on with the supplied harness. Only the halogen ones worked. Dad is happy with the results regardless. His grill is from my 2022 SR5 since I have the pro grill now.

Okay rotate (spin while on truck, raise each wheel) your wheels and look for low and high spots. Happened to me way back in the '90s I hit my brakes pretty hard and skided put a flat spot in both front tires. Doesn't sound like your problem but hey it's worth a look. I agree something's out of balance somewhere drive shaft Maybe or maybe a bad shock this is actually a symptom of a bad shock and you wouldn't expect this on a newer truck.

I have eibach shocks, tires are brand new but the previous set of tires had gotten a lot of flat spots/heel toe wear and were really noisy. Shocks don't show any of the classic bad shock symptoms but they do feel really firm, like drive over a quarter and I could tell if it was heads or tails.

Well then I would say it's likely an upper or lower ball joint that went bad and it's holding tight at the lower speeds and then letting a little loose when you get up to your cruising speed when you say the vibration start. I don't know I'm just throwing some ideas out there for you to think about you got me thinking about it lol. Or maybe its worn springs.
