I believe it is the water well drilling rig

They did find water! It's clear and still flowing

Stock tank is there. Water flowing in it. Crystal clear, and not too bad taste wise

And we found even more water. Same day we took the truck photo had a flash flood we had to get out of!

~2,300 mile road trip covering Wisconsin, Michigan U.P. and briefly Minnesota along Superior north shore. From top to bottom:
    • A forest "road" in Mountain, WI
    • Grand Sable Lake Overlook in the U.P. where I had breakfast
    • L'anse Town Park & Campground in L'anse, MI
    • At the Mount Avron Summit
    • Also at the Mount Avron Summit in a different parking spot to capture that orange tree
    • Potawatomi/Gorge Falls entrance road in Ironwood, MI
    • Right near Rouse Falls in Iron County, WI
    • Cascade River State Park campground in Lutsen, MN
    • Some forest road near Hayward, WI (don't honestly remember where I was there)
Edit: Based on username I'd assume you are in Wisco as well? Come find the Wisconsin Tacomas thread over in the Midwest subforum if you want to join in friendly banter with the rest of us cheeseheads!

Drew a late elk hunt in the County I live in and decided to scout today before the opener. Winched my self out twice on a side hill along with using using 4 Maxtrax. Was way under prepared(no flashlights, no recovery straps , shitty gloves, no pully or snatch block, no shovel, no emergency blankets, not enough water or food etc.. This isn't my first rodeo, I just fucked up - Learned big lessons today.
This was on the way up - in front of the snorkel is where I was going.

A forest fire in the snow is pretty crazy.
