Howard Stern Fans?

Howard sounds like he's broadcasting from home today in closet as opposed to in studio today. Isn't it supposed to be better in studio? Lol.

Conan was a great interview as usual yesterday.

That Richard and Sal Cocktober special was something else.

 

I listened until he came on. I’ll have to set aside time for the 2h segment.

 

Been quiet in here lately. Not overly impressed with the guests. Seems the “talent”
Pool is shrinking.
Found it telling on the show Wednesday, that Howard plans to spend the winter in Florida. Seems the days of his studio shows are over. End of an era.

 

I did like Quentin Tarantino interview. Even if it sounds like Howard praises him too much. Howard doesn't get the guest like he used to, but this new contract really cut into how much content you get from him now. Still haven't listened to Niel Young. Not sure if I'm going to like that interview.
The "Emily" and "Pete" phone sex was funny shit. Flirty Gary is a hit. But yeah it doesn't seem like you really get much anymore. I've been bouncing around on other podcast too.

I completely forgot about this being Thanksgiving week and was expecting a new show today. Damn it.

I just got into Podcasts a couple weeks ago. Mostly because I've exhausted all of the Howard content. And even History of is constantly repeating itself anymore.

Anyone have any Podcast recommendations? Conan's is one I have listened to, also David Spade and Dana Carvey.

 

I listen to a few different podcasts. Bill Burr has a good one, hes a funny mf’er. I also listen to a scrubs and an office rewatch podcasts, as well as one called “f them fish” which is an adhd podcast. There are a few others that are political based that i wont mention names of here.

I actually just listened to Howard on Conan's podcast and it was pretty good.

 

Was he live yesterday?

Didn't listen because been watching the World Cup games.

EDIT: He was. Just checked. Gonna listen to it now since there are no World Cup games today until 11am.

 

I was surprised he was live too. Thought it would have been a 2 weeker

 

I'm still listening to Monday's show and he keeps teasing this damn story from Wolfie about buffets and then changes it up! Driving me nuts.

 

just finished Monday's show minus 40mins of Lars. I just cant listen to him talking to himself.
Now hopefully we get the BUUUUUfet update for Tuesday.

 

Just started listening to yesterday's show a bit ago.

Says it's supposed to be there, the buffet stuff.

 

I'm an hour 56 in Tuesday's show! Nothing yet! Lol. My wife did verify some buffet talk she heard on way home yesterday so there's hope!

 

I stopped at about an hour and 15 in, so I could watch the World Cup games.

Nothing there while I was listening... yet.

 

Finally. 2 hours and about 20 minutes in. BUFFET!
