We bought a Tivo which you can set up to record several shows at once and the best part is on just about all the shows if you press one button it blows past the ads and right back into the show:thumbsup:. Some (very few) shows it doesn't work on so we just fast forward through them. There is a fee (of course, everything these days with tv does) for it but if you get it and get the deal on the one time lifetime fee it's a good deal to have shows you like recorded and no ads. We travel a lot and we record several shows and watch them when we get home. For us it is well worth the money.:D

I remember when satellite radio was being sold with the promise of no ads, and I've watched as phone companies keep finding ways to raise their rates even though the first offers were "never" going to be raised. I like both ideas but it's a given that eventually the services always find a way to deny service unless the customer pays more. But I've heard of Tivo and will check it out. Thanks.

Looks like a fun day. From your later post it also looks like you do not need a new front bumper and winch. ;)

It is 51 degrees here at 05:30 this morning.

What brand di you purchase and do they work without chatter. Seems like the only wipers that work without chatter on my 09 Tacoma are OEM.

I purchased an OLED Sony in 2019. Third year for the Sony OLED so all the bugs were sort of worked out. I still get software upgrades from time to time, and I do have a minor problem every so often streaming Amazon Prime. Overall, after almost 4 years or ownership the TV was a great purchase. No real problems and the picture is as good as it was when new. 6th Sony TV for me with only one major problem which Sony replaced the five-year-old TV for free. I still use the replacement TV in the downstairs computer room. Used mostly for my wife to view the morning opinion/news show and my son to play games on in the evening.

Good morning all. It is off to the polls for Day 5 of early voting in Maryland. Amazon delivered a seat cushion about 3 hours after I ordered it yesterday so we will see if it helps out with my back.

I bought PIAA super silicone wiper blades on AMZ for our two vehicles many years ago. More flexible, no chatter, still in excellent condition, and the Tacoma lives outside. Be sure to measure each side, they're different. Mine came with a squeeze packet of silicone conditioner to apply to the wear edges, enough for several applications. Wife loves them on her Lexus.

So do I need permission to be here already or must I wait the 4 more weeks until my womb expulsion anniversary?

Anco and Trico are the worst. I bought some Bosch from Rock Auto and they have lasted well. Haven't noticed any chatter. And they were CHEAP compared to local parts stores. So inexpensive I bought three sets for each of my rigs and an extra set for when I need to replace something... and the extra set are still hanging on the wall.

Nothing to winch out there, unless used for recovery of someone over the edge!

The next upgrade should be an exhaust reroute and flat skid plate.

Everything else looked good. Long Bed, so the trailer hitch did scrap some rock when coming off the ledges.

Man... if I gotta reroute and change a skidplate to gain an inch I figure I'm going places I really shouldn't be.
