Did you guys ever see this video? I hang with these guys. Its from Windrock park in eastern TN. It looks like the same as terrain around here except we have more water. TN dammed up all their creeks to feed the TVA generators long ago.

Our class had a field trip today; 5 of the 8 students did serving and whatnot.

1 student was on cutting duty, slicing mushrooms and greens.

I was sauteing mushrooms, cooking bacon, and pastrami...holy shit time flies by when you're shooting the shit and just cooking non-stop for 200 people.

Other guy on the other grill was doing burgers and pineapple rings.

I'm still 100% set that I'll never do culinary as a profession, but today was a fun day.

That'll reinforce food handling, sanitation, etc if one ever worked there for sure.

But no, doubt anyone goes to BK after culinary school

There's a 92% placement rate for 2021 coming out of culinary school as it's the best in the valley.

I need to register with one of the more local colleges out here as they have some advanced CAD that's only for a semester or two.

My GI bill covers that as well so more free school.

Really, if I miss out on it due to scheduling or whatever I'm sure I can find plenty to offer help here.

I know @Speedytech7 is familiar with Solidworks, and some of the guys in the welding section were talking about their cnc program (that I'll get in the future).

I've used and know Draftsight, which is basically a 2D version of Solidworks (same guys that wrote the program too).

Would hope to later in the future offer a variety of one-off items whenever the need arises as I'll simply gain experience from anything I cut, weld, and/or make.

Unless it's AutoCAD LT 2D plotting stuff. that shit drives me crazy with all the keyboard commands and terminal style stuff.
Completely different way of approaching doing drawings than in solidworks

Do they test them in house or something?
I've seen a handful of other threads of people that had supposedly new OEM racks leak.
