Does anyone have these with dakar leafs in the back? I might need new leaf springs because mine are starting to look flat but these show that they only accommodate 1.5" of lift.

I think they're supposed to look flat. That's how they look stock?

Yeah I figured as much. My truck has 30,000 miles and my buddy's truck has flatter leafs also. Would these still support medium dakar's though? I will eventually be towing a quad for hunting.

I've got a pretty good amount of miles on mine and they do something similar, I'll have to hit a few bumps to test it. Since day one they have seemed to be a bit oversprung even though eibach confirmed the springs were the correct ones.

    Yup.

Took me about 1.5 hours to swap them, at a slow speed.

Replacements seem similar but not nearly as harsh.

I have not adjusted them at all.

I'd be interested in who you talked to and what they said was the issue. Mine have always seemed a bit too oversprung/harsh and they clunk sometimes. Like they don't respond fast enough to most bumps and they take a long time to come back down.

I been trying to find the answer everywhere. Does anyone know what height these give out of the box? I want a 2.5 inch lift but not sure how much to adjust to get that height. Thanks.

Mine gave gave me approximately 48mm ( 1.88" ) of lift in the front out of the box. And I have zero extra weight on the front.

They'll probably give you nearly that much right out of the box. You will want different upper control arms though otherwise your alignment will be wonky.

Watch this. With 2.5 inch lift there’s not much downtravel . As what the title of said video . Watch before you upgrade. https://youtu.be/_68Hc8GtLko

I watched part 2. He mentions a spacer is ok in certain cases. If you want 2.5 inches of lift, you can do a 2 inch lift with a .5 inch spacer and it won’t impact down travel.

I'd go with a .25" spacer which will net .5" of lift. Otherwise looking at 3" lift and probably bad CV angles and rubbing boots.

I thought about doing 1/4" spacer on the drivers' side but ended up just cranking the collar down to get level. I am just under 2" lift up front with steel bumper and winch and with my Deaver stage 2 expos have about an inch of rake with my cap and EDC items and am perfectly happy. Sucks for the people who are having the rebound issues, mine have worked great since install which included SPC UCAs and clamshell bushing.

Have you had it offroad yet? I had mine set to about 2" of lift, added a bumper and winch and it dropped almost a half inch. It drove much better on the road afterwards. Would really have to beat on it to get them to top out on the street. Off road the same issue persisted.

Yeah, it's taken me everywhere I've tried, but I wheel slow rather than like I'm racing the baja. Have not noticed any clanking up front and the Deavers don't squeak. I'm just below 2" though, probably 1.8". I've got synthetic line winch and highline bumper so not terribly heavy. I did the bumper/winch same time as the lift and added a couple turns to the passenger side and more to the driver's side to get my ride height where I wanted. I was just glad the Deavers settled in, it was way high in the back for a week or so...They handle the loads I need though, been doing a lot of material hauling for lake house projects (lumber, landscaping blocks, concrete etc way overloaded and they have maintained their arch even when I'm riding on my sumo springs / extended bump stops. I've been lifted since last Feb
