That clean title could be put to good use; I would find a totaled truck with a good frame and do a manual swap!

 

Unfortunately I have enough projects I never get to anyway, that one would be on the back burner for decades LOL.

 

But seriously, anything with a clean title is a great basis for a project! I've got two friends who want to buy it, repair it, and flip it!

 

Or there's a lotta good parts. So many 1st gens that got bought back were crushed and so much good running gear, body pieces, etc were lost

I misread the title. Could have sworn it said 3rd gen! It's been a long day.

Have to say... I'm not entirely sure how safe it was towing that car like that. It looked to be a tow-bar. I swore the Taco was just being tailgated.

Nice, I had a 81 280ZX when I was 17. Fun car but a rotbucket underneath even at only 10 years.

 

I know it. Still want one. Hahahahaha

 

Living in a rust state and those cars don't mix haha. Turns out I discovered not long after buying the frame had one crack and several holes, rotten floorboard, etc..plus it was already kinda beat up looking anyway. Though for what I paid it was a fun summer car for a teenager. Just sucked I wasn't able to get much for it despite having 80K on the drivetrain.
