Ok so i have a 2010 2.7 auto access cab and have had this issue for probably half a year now, truck one day leaving work shut off and after that its in limp mode if i try to cut it on immediately after turning key it cuts off then will cut on so to avoid this i cut it on till i hear the chime and turn it on. Ive tried different parts including 02 sensors, midpipe with cats, air pump, maf, tb, map sensor, air filter, spark plugs and checking all the wiring and ofc no issue with wiring. This truck has 102,861 miles it really imo shouldnt act like this lol but ive tried everything minus replacing the ecm or the pedal assembly and yes ive cleared codes and they pop right back up, the codes are p0031 p0037 p0102 p0113 and p1613, which i have no idea about and just want my truck to run right again, should i bite the bullet and just buy the ecm its 340 plug and play.

P1613 shows a problem with the Air Injection Control Driver (AID) which is behind the ABS Controller on the passenger side fender well. You said you replaced the Air Pump, but not the injection valve or the valve driver.

Looking at everything you replaced it would have been cheaper to take it to the dealer.

I would have taken it to the dealer but they refused my truck saying it was modified, my truck is lowered with a djm lowering kit and control arms and they said since its modified theyd refuse to service or repair it which is why it hasnt been fixed ill look into that driver and see if it yields results

Clear learning experience in this thread. PLEASE BEFORE YOU START CHANGING PARTS, TEST THE ONES YOU ALREADY HAVE! YOUR ISSUE CAN BE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A LOOSE CONECTOR OR A CORRODED GROUND.
Do not fall for parts changers, troubleshoot what you got with a simple test light and multimeter and basic understanding of the schematics you can get really far.

In reply to your question: Are you sure it’s the ECM or you are shooting in the dark?

Ive already checked maf sensor connections and tb conector with a test light and multimeter and theyve all been within spec aswell as fuel pressure i just replaced a few parts because i figured why not wasnt going to hurt anything reason i think its my ecm is because this all just happened at once and multiple codes for multiple parts popped up out of nowhere and havent cleared since inclduing if i try to clear while the truck is running it shuts off for half a second they its running again and codes are still there and all grounds are good my engine bay and truck is 100% rust and corrosion free including the battery cables i just think its ecm because of the sudden change i mean how likely is it multiple parts failed at the same time lol

^This, with the multitude of seemingly unrelated codes that you say all happened at once there's no way all that stuff failed at the same time.

I would start with the simplest circuit first which is the intake air temp sensor, it's a simple 2 wire sensor in the MAF sensor assembly.
Go in scan data and see what it's reading, if it's not reading near what the outside air temp is or reading -40 then some simple voltage checks can determine if it's a sensor problem a wiring problem or a computer problem.

Not likely at all, we’ll if items were within parameters then I don’t see the need of changing them but it’s ok if you feel like doing it. Now I have not come across of a portion of the ecm not doing its things usually the shit takes a hike completely. Remember there are sections to the harness. I’ll take a look at the codes to give you a better opinion. Again, you’re calling the shots at the end of the day. When you go KOEO what lights you get in the dash? In the 4.0 v6 you should get check engine, oil and battery light on.

When i do KOEO it does all lights then after a second or two all but oil light, CEL, Trac light, batt light, and my tpms light flashes. Tpms light flashes due to aftermarket wheels with no sensors other than that pretty sure the others besides CEL and trac light where always on if truck wasnt running

OP do your issues happen to go away when you plug a scan tool into the OBDII port?

No they dont at all the only reason i have the codes is from my friends SnapOn scanner, and like i said normally when id have issues before if i cleared them the light would go away for 50 miles then cut back on this time if u try to clear them they refuse to cut off but if you turn the truck on and clear them they go away for half a second the truck cuts off and stumbles for that half a second and cuts back on and yes the resource the first person sent all the codes im seeing relate to possible ecm issue

then I really don’t think your ecm is fried, another thing, it does start and then it dies, as you can tell the ecm is protecting the vehicles since it cant receive crucial info. Is the scanner picking up Crank or cam reading? I think it has to do with the knot that tie those components to your ECM. Again I’m a v6 4.0 so I’m really not familiar with the harness of the 2.7L . Just my two cents.
