Ok looks like you have a problem at the 2A junction connector in the engine bay fuse box or that wire is open between the box and the driver, power to the Blue/White wire at the pump comes from Pin 13 of that connector.

The junction box and connector I metioned is under the engine bay fuse box (circled in red below).
You could unplug connector 2B (circled in blue) and look in there for corrosion but 2A is on the bottom side.

I'm not exactly sure how to get to 2A as I've never had the engine room fuse box apart but I'd unplug 2B first and look in there for corrosion.

Check Pin6 (Blue/White) of connector 2B for power with the key on. That feeds the heater circuit for the O2 Sensor, I suspect you may not have power there either since you have a heater code.

Nope only one that generates any reading is the purple and two black and yellow wires which say 0.56

There's got to be a problem under the fuse box then with a broken/corroded wire or a problem in the RB junction then, that would explain most of your codes as that feeds alot of the sensors.
I'd say it's time to pull up the fuse box and look under it for rodent damage and corroded wires.

Damn it man!! I’m following this thread and I need to know if you get this fixed! It’s like you have a certified Toyota tech walking you through it. What am I supposed to go back to looking at my excel files and TPS reports?

I mean if you have confirmed voltage is good at the fuse but there's no voltage coming out of the 2B connector on any of the Blue/White wires then the problem has to be under the box between the fuse and connector 2B.

Nope I don't have any certs nor do I work for Toyota although I do work at an automotive shop.
I just enjoy electrical diag and try to help people do it since there's not many out there that know how to properly test and instead rely on replacing parts to fix things without proper testing.

Chasing voltage is always fun. Especially on long runs. I just had to do this with my washing machine. They have secret diagnostic modes so I was turning on the pump or spin motor and checking for voltage. Ended up replacing a $20 part and the washer lives on. Where did you get those schematics? I had VW and Mini coopers and they had Bently publishing manuals. It was basically the shop manual. You definitely know your stuff though. Thoroughly amused. Good tutorial on troubleshooting.
