Anyway, go to a driveline shop and get it rebuilt with thicker wall tubing. 3/16" wall for extra rock crawler points.

Time to upgrade to 1/4" wall, same as Ultra4 Unlimited class...

 

It's to bad no one makes a driveshaft skid of some sort. We can send a rover to mars so driveshaft skid should be easy.

Monster trucks run driveshaft cages to meet rules, but those are meant to contain driveshaft fractures (from their 1500 hp engines) and can't support the truck's weight.

 

Yeah. Considering doing that with the 14 bolt but will see.

Where did you get yours done? I think I paid $500 for a retube last time which I found kinda pricey.
