I'm probably still gonna zombify the truck next year, but no goddamn stickers on the grille this time!

Go to Home Depot and get the JB Weld plastic epoxy out of the paint department. That’s what you need to fix the broken mount.

And in your opinion, what should I do to correct the paint damage?

The only way to “correct” it is to repaint it.

That's what I'm probably going to do. Any estimates on how much that would cost? I'm thinking like $300...

One thing that irks me is when my friends who don't have driver's licenses (I have a few) think our friendship means I'm going to be their personal chauffeur/taxi service...

The other day, one of my friends who I know through Anna messaged me out of the blue and said he wanted to go to a few bars. I don't go out drinking like I used to, and if I'm going to be going to multiple bars, I'm not driving!

I told him I didn't want to do that, and he suggested going to Double Visions, which is a strip club about three miles from my house.

Double Visions was the last strip in I ever went to before deciding that there were better things to spend my money on. However, I initially got the impression that my friend had never been to a strip club and I was willing give him that experience.

Then, he told me that his friend had never been before and he wanted to help him "get laid", while at the same time implying that he had been to Double Visions...

I told my friend that for starters, it is not legal to "get laid" at a strip club in Pennsylvania; I am aware of one strip club in the same county as Double Visions where you can get the full service if you pay enough, but Double Visions is not like that.

I then told my friend that my truck doesn't have enough room for three guys, but even if it did, I am not a taxi service; I haven't heard from him about this since...

This one girl I knew since 2006 let her car insurance lapse in 2015 because she couldn't afford it, stupidly decided to drive uninsured and got pulled over, then ended up getting her license suspended; I thought she just wanted to hang out with me, but she let it slip after probably the second or third time hanging out that her driver's license was suspended and that she didn't feel like paying for Uber. Needless to say, I stopped giving her rides. At one point before her evil scheme was revealed, she talked me into driving to a place called Dover Saddlery on Route 611 in Warrington. This girl is so nuts about horses that she adopted a horse behind her parents' backs after they forced her to give away her first horse because she couldn't afford it, then literally spent everything she earned at work on this damn horse, even at the cost of living in a shitty apartment and neglecting basic maintenance on her car. That's a story for another day...

So, I decided to give this girl a chance for the umpteenth time in the summer of 2021, but only because she was willing to be friends with benefits.

She was so broke that she couldn't afford to put gas in her Chevy Sonic, and we came to the agreement that I would Venmo her the money for gas, then she would drive down to Bucks County from the Poconos where she was living. We would go to a car show, and then we would go back to my house and I would bang her...

Like two days before we were supposed to do this, she texted me and told me that she had hurt her foot and was in the hospital. Okay, shit happens...

This girl was living with four other people. This consisted of two women our age, the fiancé of one of those women, and fiancé's mom. The fiancé and his mom owned the house they all lived in. The mom, the girl I was going to sleep with, and the other two girls all had valid driver's license. However, the fiancé's mom's Jeep had been repossessed and the girl I was going to sleep with had the only car in the household. Nobody had any money to put gas in the car. The girl I planned on hooking up with had the nerve to ask me if I could still Venmo her the money so the people she lived with could use her car while she was in the hospital; I told her that it wasn't my problem, and after a lot more drama, I am happy to say that I haven't talked to any of these people since September 2021!

This has nothing to do with the fact I have a truck; I help friends and family move large items all the time and always end up getting compensated in some way (more on that later)...

I have a driver's license, and the truck is titled in my name. I pay for the insurance and most of the maintenance and repairs (parents had to help me with the head gasket job). They have that high school mindset of "he's the guy with a license and a vehicle" and it's really fucking annoying.

That said, I am always happy to help family and friends out; I get paid in either cash or beer. My
neighbor Drew and his wife ordered two couches for their patio and decided to return the one they didn't like. Drew lets me drink his beer and also let me use his snowblower when my old one broke, so I was happy to haul a couch two miles to Target. My neighbors let me crash their parties, drink their beer, eat their food, and use their pool (in the case of the one guy on the culdesac who has a pool)!

Also, it looks like one of my zombie huntress models is going to be my girlfriend!

Here she in full "huntress" attire last weekend...

Her name is Jules, she's 11 years younger than me, and we share a lot of the same views! She's on the spectrum like me, and she does not drive (yet), but she has a job and is smart. Here's a picture of her in her normal clothes...
