It works great on a manual. You have to put into “safe mode” when you park. Foot on brake, shift into neutral, set parking brake, foot off brake, take out key. Best thing is the truck doesn’t shut off when you open the door after you remote start. Just turn key to second position and go.

I finally installed mine this morning... I bought it in July. I had been waiting for the cooler weather to do the install... instead of the 100 degrees and high humidity we had all summer. During my install I got the solid blue with flashing red that you talk about. I continued to press the "program" button and the next cycle around I got solid blue without the red. Everything worked fine at that point.

Just installed mine this morning. Truck starts up after 3 presses... even if the truck was unlocked to begin with.

Thanks y'all for the help, apparently I wasn't clicking the fob with the right timing.

Both for the questions the answer is yes. But it actually goes away when I start driving.

On my SR5 before I put the key in the switch and take control the truck there's the tire light on gauges, maybe that is normal for SR, I hope someone with SR can help with it, since u have an SR I'm kind of curious about your key, did it come with key fob this year??? If isn't how does the remote starter work?

I got the H-Key. My SR comes with a OEM key fob and I remote start it by pressing the lock button 3x. The TPMS amber light turns on when I used it but it actually goes away when I put the key and switch it, even the warning (pic that I've posted) goes away too once the key takes over.

I don't think that's unusual. If you are concerned reach out to n2 they will get you squared away. Jimmy strives for 100% customer satisfaction.

I have a manual with the H-key so it may be different, but I believe you have to press the brake once to clear the TPMS light on the dash before taking off after the key is inserted, otherwise this message pops up. Yours probably clears when you press the brake pedal to shift it into gear.

With manual trans there's another conexión which is the clutch bypass or some like that, don't know if this has something to do with that

Yeah, there's a separate "arming" sequence as someone else mentioned above with manuals, vehicle has to be in neutral with E-brake pulled, and I believe there's a tap into the Clutch Start Cancel switch wiring to allow it to start without the clutch depressed. There is also a tap into the TPMS wiring, which is where this message comes from, but I believe that's the case with both autos and manuals.

I have it on my 2019 OR manual taco. First thing I added when I bought my truck. First kit I installed had issues and N2Designs sent me a new kit right away. Awesome customer service.

Tried it this morning, and it worked after I inserted the key and turn it twice I pressed the brake pedal and that message didn't show up.

Those with the cell phone module, where did you hide it? I'm wondering if I put it down behind the steering wheel if the signal will be blocked. I was thinking putting it inside the A pillar if there is room. Right now its just sitting on the dash with the wires run down to the main box.
