Dealership OEM parts

Has anyone here bought OEM parts online from Conicelli Toyota in Pa?

 

I've heard of them. Honestly you shouldn't have an issue since most of the dealers/wholesalers use the same parts websites which source the parts from the same suppliers anyway. In terms of customer service I honestly couldn't tell you, if that's what you're asking. If you order from them, you should get your correct Toyota OEM part.

 

I have. No problem and great service. I am confident you won't have a problem.

 

I have. They helped me out getting the right Instrument Panel Lens with Black Trim.

But right now I have return a couple of parts and still waiting on refunds. Emailed them on Monday about it and haven't heard anything. If no word by tomorrow I'll be contacting Paypal to get refund.

 

My local dealer can get any available OEM part overnight if they don't have it in stock. 10% military discount too. I don't pay until I pick the part up. I quit messing with on-line ordering.

I wouldn't be too quick to react just yet. Typically it takes businesses multiple days to process returns and refunds and sometimes a few additional days for your credit card company to process and post a refund to your account. If you are still wanting an answer I would call their parts department directly to verify they even received your returned items.

 

Understood but with the two items I returned I have proof of delivery. They received both on 10/25. It's now 11/2 and I still have no refunds. Just sent another email to them this morning asking for an update on my refunds.

The first item I returned they received it on 10/7 and my Paypal account had a refund on 10/12.

 

I buy from them all the time. I get part #'s from other sites or here that they don't show until you put the # in the search bar. I have always gotten my parts fairly quickly, usually within a week. Ordered wiper blades. Got them in 2 days. Gotten other parts I would have thought it would take longer and was pleasently surprised I received them pretty quick. Better prices then most places too. Some places have better prices on "some" parts which I see a lot of from other places, meaning they might have one part slightly cheaper but another part slightly more expensive.

 

Ive only purchased from them and sparks parts and both are fantastic.

 

I see. Well I would still call their parts department and be sure it is being processed. It is possible the bank is the hold up and not the dealer.

 

I did get my refunds yesterday and they sent me an email apology for the delay...
