    Oh I'm well aware. I just for the life of me when it happened, Couldn't think of what I had posted that was considered political. It's not really a big deal. It's more of just a mildly amusing anecdote. No worries.

    Actually the amusement part was the STL thread going absolute bonkers that I had caught my first (and so far only) 30 day

    So I've been told. I also blame @G.T. for for possibly having a small say in the matter :anonymous:

    When I was in high school, we could buy a case of Goebel's, Blatz or Altes for $4. $3 when it was on sale (all assuming we could find a buyer). Absolute garbage, but we made up for it in volume. Many years later, I somehow wound up with this Danish guy working for me who, it turned out, had retired as a master brewer for G. Heileman Brewing. We had several conversations about the quality of "affordable" American beer. I learned some things. Not good things, but some things.
