damn, these things are out in public now and no one got a picture of them? i thought they were top secret or something.

I would have to say that those of us with pictures can NOT post them. However they are out in the wild.

 

Just ordered an Adventure model... should be here... January to March-ish...

But the rep did tell me that RSI will be offering front window's with openings to convert the work truck version, but not until mid-23.

i geddit, i understand that you probably saw them under a formal, or informal, NDA. but if they're out at shows, somebody has photos that weren't similarly restricted. i'd have thought RSI themselves would be circulating specifics to generate more interest.

i'm seriously just waiting to see what they are and how they work before pulling the trigger.

Hey, I am surprised how many photos have not been leaked. Some of us run around every day with prototype equipment and unless you are a Smart Cap customer or dealer you dont know exactly what too look for.

Confused by this statement.

If you mean that the rear hatch can now accept a security screen, that is already out. The caps I have in stock all take security screens. Its just that the new screens are on backorder.

Does anyone in the Seattle area have a half bin installed? Would like to check it out.

 

To replace the solid window at the front of the cap with a sliding front window like the sport and adventure have.

There is a commercial for a 5' bed at the hub right now, and I could easily pick it up now, then wait for the front window to come in and replace it mid 2023, but then I would have to have the cap wrapped or painted since I do not think that a white cap would look right on a silly moon dust truck.

 

I am patient enough to wait and not pay any shipping. I have other projects going on at the moment anyway, so not having to shoehorn assembling and installing a cap into the schedule is a plus as well.
