Anyone with the tubular style SPC UCAs (25460) - not the revised design with the XAxis bushings but the original SpecRide bushings, might want to grab a replacement set while still in stock. Apparently SPC has discontinued them so if you need to replace those bushings and don't have or can't find them you're stuck and will have to upgrade or go a different route.

LowRange has limited quantities in stock now. I just ordered an extra set.

You guys think it's worth it to find the older SPC's and buy a few bushing replacements or keep my TC UCA's? Just heard the SPC's were better for alignments since you can adjust them

Oh man that's rad. Wonder what kind of power figures to expect from it. That's a big unit

I wonder if the "no calibration required" claim is realistic as well. The intercooler system is a big upgrade

I can't comment on TC vs SPC since I have no experience with TC. If you decide to move to SPC, LowRange also has the tubular style SPC UCAs still in stock. From what I read over @ adventuretaco.com, wasn't too comfortable with the way SPC approached their x-axis bushings. https://adventuretaco.com/replacing-my-spc-upper-control-arms-with-spc-ucas/

For a low boost setup, I would think that holds true. Just run a couple tanks of gas through it and the computer should adjust for it.
But a high boost setup I'd imagine will need new fp, injectors, and some sort of piggyback or standalone to do timing to take full advantage of it's capabilities if it's really that much better than the existing 3.4 SC.

I was eager to see his review and was not happy with it (seems neither is he). So I feel like I need to act quick to snag the old SPC and some bushings or just sit with my TC and not have the adjustability. I do however plan on getting the Solo LCA's so it may just be wise to stick with what I have :notsure:

Pressed on pulley, so not able to swap to smaller? And the number of ribs on that pulley doesn't match what my brain tells me the belt for our accessories.

I can't find any info on it on their site or elsewhere, so unless this was a recent pic snapped at SEMA or something prior to them putting out any info on it...might be fake news, not sure.

That's what it says on the card next to it

The TVS1320 for the 4.0L is just shy of $7k on their website, assuming it's priced about the same.... :spending:

    Hell no.

The only real advantage SPC has over what you have other than adjustment is the seal ball joints. But if you don't need the adjustment, then don't waste your money. You can buy bushings for the TC ones and Uniballs for YEARS with the cost it cost to get SPCs. TC's work good. Don't fix whats not broke and don't get FOMO :p haha

Wow that's fucking cool. Probably very expensive. But now with the pnp Haltech...veeeeery interesting power potential now. That's wild they would go through the effort with our old platform.

Love to see it though. Hopefully companies see that there is still interest in our older trucks and that there will continue to be as time goes on

I think that comes with their little piggy back unit though to reprogram the ECU. No way this will have that. Still I'd be it's going to be 5kish.
