So I have owned my used truck a few months, and have realized over some time that it has a sag/lean on the back end, and I hate it. I believe my truck has a spacer lift on the front end, if I take this off will things level out? Or what else can I do. Here's photos of the truck and the front and back end suspension areas.

yes, as an alternative you could do an add-a-leaf out back. The 3 leaf progressive style aals tend to have better ride quality. if it was mine, i'd probably ditch the spacer up front and leave the back alone

essentially that would bump the front end up to even, is that correct?

deleting the spacer up front would lower it down and if you did an aal out back it would raise it up to match the front. Depends on what route you want to go

one more question, taking off the spacer, would i need to get the truck alingment redone? I think i saw a video that said it would need realignment if you remove the spacer.

Yes, anytime you change the ride height up front, an alignment is in order

Just throwing this out there also, from that picture of your rear springs, looks like theyre sprung..negative arch, thats why its sagging. If you like the height of the front, I would suggest new rear springs as the old ones will only sag further as time goes on and if you put anything in the bed youll be riding on the bump stops..You could cheap out and put an add a leaf, but thats a bandaid fix for sprung springs...look for a set of take offs from a newer 3rd gen and they will bolt right up!
