I installed mine over 5 years ago (May 2017). Still looks like new. I've had GA red clay thrown/splashed on it. I've had tree sap dripped on for days on end. Lots of off-road normal dirt & mud on it. I've driven cross-country (GA-CO, GA-FL, GA-AR) multiple times and the rear panel turns black from road grime; but washes right off without scrubbing too hard. Nothing else that really stains, has gotten on it. Well, that damn Georgia red clay stains everything, but not the topper.
I use O'Reilly's auto detergent regularly for full truck washing and I specifically wash with 303 cleaner & apply 303 protectant to the topper twice a year (spring & fall).

This photo is from last year, but it hasn't changed any:

Mid-rise contractor shell that the prior owner insulated.

Oh nice! I might have seen that one for sale here on the website. I was thinking about jumping on it myself. Only thing is if I get a shell I really want windoors and sliding windows with screens to allow for ventilation at night and for the dog when traveling. That's not really an option with the contractor shell

If it was black with wood, that's the one. I'm probably going to wire it for fans at some point, but I figure just leaving it cracked open slightly for ventilation should be fine when I'm sleeping back there and it's not too hot. If it's hot out, I'd have one or more of the windows folded up, anyway.

I received mine in about 2 weeks from order date (just got it yesterday) - that's with ship time. Not too bad knowing they told me 2-4 weeks for production.

Just got my softopper on and love it. I'll need to adjust the bed rails once the top stretches a little but otherwise a straightforward install (which most people know since we're nearly 400 pages deep in this thread).

Bought the Taco a couple months ago. Immediately bought the softopper and just got the Datin Fab rack. I'm loving it. So versatile for what I need it for. IMG_20221105_100900_636.jpg

I've always wondered how the racks attach to the side rails with the rails for the softopper in the way. This setup looks pretty nice!

The rack rails would just go under the softopper rail and you add some foam tape or sealant.

Why does it looks so low below the roof line?

Looks like the roof rails/rack make it seem like the topper is short.

Yup, just some bad shadows to see clearly but that's the factory roof rack looking like the roofline.
