The odg is a factory anodized green. There are about 200 of these and where the odg colt buffer tube comes from. These came in two versions. A black Magpul and ODG Magpul furniture. They did these back in 2013 when colt originally started their Magpul furniture line. They also have a factory tan anodized le6920 and le6940.

The tan is a Arms Unlimited run from 2018(?). They were supposed to be used for a South American country but the contract fell through. Colt had these cerakoted fde and had factory le6920 furniture. This is actually a Cr prefix gun too. Another weird thing to tell these from the expanse fde is that the selector markings for Auto has been ground down to a perfect oval on both sides.

Magpul may not be top tier, but their shit works. I have a lot of Magpul stuff I use.

You always have interesting builds. I enjoy seeing the pics and you always have something interesting in their details or history. About the most exciting thing I can tell you about one of mine is what parts I got on sale. Idk how you source these kinds of parts but they’re cool

I love being able to grab rare and cool stuff and post it for people. Most people have no idea about half the stuff I post so it's always fun seeing people trying to figure it out and ask questions. As for the good finds, that's just too much time on the internet for a living:rofl:

Very cool I have a distinct appreciation for the M16a1 recievers. I would dream someday of finding a Colt set. Does it take special permits to hold reciever sets like that? Forgive my ignorance I am learning
    Are they especially expensive ?
