    Yes ... Winter hurricane or some such nonsense they called it. 75mph gust here in the valley are not all that unusual.

    EDIT: You'd be surprised ... planes fly by lift created by an airstream over/under the wings. A natural wind over the wings does the same thing as the airstream created by engines. A 500,000 pound aircraft will lift right off the ground and move in a strong enough wind at the right angle. Worse, on an iced over surface they'll slide, add some downslope and they'll move an uncomfortable distance. That's why bases bug out all their planes for typhoons and hurricanes.

    I used a Beretta 1301 Tactical, my son used my Remington 870 SBS. The agency still has some 870s so we wanted him to get experience on a pump gun.

    Steve Fisher of Sentinel Concepts was the instructor. I’ve taken several classes from Steve, he’s a fantastic instructor, I highly recommend any of his classes.
