Astros beat the Phillies. My in-laws said they did the same thing back in the day for an All star game before color tv was a thing. Glad I didn’t have to carry one of them outside haha.

If by earthly and rare metals you mean losing exhaust to the dirt, yes.

 

Tough to watch my Phillies lose in the WS but they had a great run for a team that wasn't expected to make the playoffs.
