This is what I sometimes do.
That did seem like awful lot of drop for 300 yards. Another trick is zero 2" high at 100 then your still in that range farther out.
Work has more of these fiberglass divider things for me but due to the JSHA (job safety hazard analysis) I have to use a HEPA vacuum whilst milling the stuff. Vacuum and a bunch of other stuff, goggles and respirator...Unless nobody looking:anonymous:
Anyway RP department is who issues vacuum and they're too busy to get me one...just got one though.
I'm pretty worn down tired. There was mention of paying me to stay home but on call. I thought that sounds like a great idea. New supervisor approved new machinists vacation for day after outage scheduled to be over. Never in history has a outage finished on time. We're 3 days over now and looks like another 5 at least IMO

Man sorry to hear that bro. Usually when my wife is out of town I work 48hrs straight, but I'm about to have a baby soon so I'm pumping the brakes on overtime. Be safe out there bro!

Ugh..mechanic teammates going to need my assistance with an alignment that is done rim and face soon. Just sitting now, extended play mid-shift break. I have a couple of incomplete Starrett button indicator kits and thinking about bending one of the rods that hold the indicator will make the set-up less complicated. One less clamp.
    Keep moving :bananadead:

I hope it goes smoothly and quickly.

Unrelated, today looks to be the last day for major painting ops. More pics to follow but I thought this one was kinda neat from prepping yesterday:

I felt pretty proud of myself getting up at 6:15 until I saw that my phone didn't adjust, and it was 5:15. :annoyed:

    Funny.

You're not talking a cell phone that didn't adjust, right? :notsure:

P.S. Finding that used up the equivalent amount of luck I would need to win that bazillion dollar lottery.

My cell phone has no service where I live. So no signal to change.

8 of the 10 nearest towers are off line for the change over to T-Mobile..

Last I heard looking to be done the first of the year that was moved to 3/1/2023

Good Sunday morning friends! Hope everyone has a blessed day :hattip:

Baseball yesterday with the kids, last games of the year. Baby G had one and Cole had 2. Cole’s first at bat on the first pitch was his best hit of the year and over the fence it went for his 3rd HR. He’s the only kid on his team to hit a HR :bananadance:

@Taco critter I saw this and thought about you, when you get back maybe you’ll see it :anonymous:

This guy picked this truck up Thursday. I welded the winch mount in the back, made the exhaust, headache rack, and thing that is across the back for him. He did awesome on it. He makes them look good then sells them.

He came in the shop a couple months ago, not sure how he found out about us. He said he has a lot more stuff to work on.
