Will the hubs work? I didn't know if they dealt with just the axle or had something to do with the xfer case too. Noob question

I’ll have to make new driveshafts, but as far as hubs I’ll get some beadlocks in the ford 8 bolt pattern that matches. I’ll run the stock axle shafts until they break at least haha

I meant the hubs you turn to lock the front axle in. Like the old CJ's

Ah gotcha. Not sure if they work, but will leave them locked in for sure. I don’t plan on being on the road any. Or at least I’m not making any sacrifices to be able to.

As far as I know they just keep the axle shafts from rotating when going down the road to keep down on the wear and tear when you aren’t using 4wd.

With the old CJ's, you had to lock them in when you wanted 4wd. Those are the only ones I have ever dealt with. My TJ and Wagoneer was just like the Tacoma without them.

They keep just about everything in stock.
I haven't seen any where that will beat their prices.
Most of the time I find what I need in their scrap rack or bin, lol
They even have eight feet by sixteen feet plate in two inch thick, I don't know how they pick that up.

Get drive slugs and then some Reid Knuckles that allow you to run the big bell RCV/YUGE u-joint axles. the outer stub and u-joints is usually what breaks. Hell you can get the RCVs with outer stubs that don't require drive slugs they're direct splined to the unit bearing like our trucks.
It's essentially like our ADD he'll have to do some trickery with the ADD signal to keep the electronics happy for shifting into 4wd.
Yep it's like our ADD most of the time they are never used so they are pretty well locked up in free wheel mode and take a bit to get them freed up.

Revit is easy peasy man! You'd pick it right up in no time. Like you literally spec out a wall with everything and then it autopopulates the stud layouts insulation, exterior renderings, framing for the windows etc. No more doing all those extra drawings it does them all for you. All you do is program in what materials, stud spacing/size, wall height etc. Many other companies from light fixtures to zip systems have premade drawings and stuff for ReVit so you can select exact items a customer wants and put them in. It's a game changer. The only thing it isn't as good in which could have changed since I've used it was MEP stuff especially commercial level stuff.. I liked using a different program for that.

I’m using the stock shafts and hubs until they snap haha RCV and knuckles are crazy expensive. Some chromoly shafts would be nice. I’m wondering if I need to keep any of the electronics on the ADD tube…

Yep the Audi place. I used to work with the guy that is a project manager and manages the vehicles for them. I don't know what kind of pull he has but I haven't heard anything yet. The position is for Hardware CAD Engineer. I don't know CREO nor have I ever done 3D scanning. I don't think they are willing to train for this position. I think they need someone to hit the ground running.

God this women who works at my local fire Stone is a complete dumbass. Went in to get another alignment and she says they can’t do an alignment on my truck since the guy who could do my truck is out. They have someone could do it just not for my truck cause of how it looks. I explained stock cam hardware. She said welll we can’t do it. So had to drive 20 min to other store. Dude was like yea no prob we got you. Why they let dumbass ass work at these places

About two years ago was the last time I ever use them. I sat and waited for them to do the alignment, paid them, got about a mile down the road, let go of the steering wheel and it immediately darted to the right, hard. Went back waited again, went down the road same thing. Went back and was told since my truck had a lift they needed to use their other machine. Went in and watched the guy do it, went down the road same thing. Went back again and a different guy was in the bay they sent me to, he guided me on to the machine. I got out and told him everything that happened with an attitude. He told me please don't say I told you this but both their machines needed serviced and the manager knew they were not right. He said he had worked at a few Firestones and they all would not shut their machines down if they had a customer. They run them until the service tech could get to them. So I went to the manager and told him I didn't have time to wait for them to do it again, just give me my money back, he did and I will never use them again.

The only reason I use them as because I have the lifetime alignment and it’s free every single time

Also installed new driveshaft. Didn’t realize how bad my driveshaft was effecting the ride comfort until I changed it. Night and day difference.
