On another note, the EVO saw sure creates a ton of large bits/chips as it cuts so be sure to have gloves, long sleeves, a bandana, and some sealed-to-your-face eyepro.

Go slow when you're cutting too and you'll get burr-free, nice square cuts.

 

Definitely no worries here. I'm weird when it comes to safety. Have tons of gasketed eye protection, full face shields, respirators, full leathers, hearing protection etc. Kind of weird when you get "older" and realize that your body is too important to get hurt...

 

Told you. That thing is like a wood chuck.

 

Don't have to tell me twice.

I have 5-6 sets of leather gloves, cut resistant, on the shelf at the ready at all times.

Extra welding gloves, 3 welding hoods, respirator, and I don't know how much eyepro.

Fire proof sleeves too and I wear my carbon toe boots in the garage

Unlike some heathens here that wear chucks or flip flops while in the shop.

 

So anyway I’ve got my pajamas on and I’m in my flip flops soldering in the garage tonight

 

You're soldering though; that's like throwing brownies in the oven.

True, although I have proven that I can injure myself in my garage just by walking through

My neighor said there's no rush in doing this rack setup for another few months.

I think because I haven't done shit for awhile, I'm making up for it by doing work for someone else

I am taking this whole week off to do stuff I haven’t gotten to because I’ve been busy with other peoples stuff. Gonna be fun

 

I took on other stuff as a means to procrastinate and put off my own stuff
