I would be looking at the nozzle across the street who probably wacked it backing out or one of their guests. High up looks like another truck… now go get um

After looking at it again and the fact they impacted my headlight it looks like their taillight impacted my headlight and the yellow rear quarter or bumper of their truck nailed mine. I’m starting to lean more to Dhl delivery trucks. I think a cab or taxi would be too low to hit my headlight

My thoughts exactly. I’m going over to the neighbors now to ask if they got any deliveries yesterday especially if they are from Dhl

So we were able to get the micro usb from my neighbors video camera and we got the DHL truck come in, drop off the package, and then proceed to back up and hit my truck. (Watching this on video was sooo painful seeing my truck translate backwards) The lady then pulls forward, doesn’t get out of the truck, and pulls around the block. We then got the backside of the truck on camera with the hole in the truck matching the piece of yellow that I found by my truck!

Couldn’t get a license plate but we have a timestamp of the video and the delivery timestamp and clearly showing DHL truck and the hole in the vehicle so hoping this is enough evidence

100% is. Start researching Diminished Value claims. If your state allows it, pursue it.

Extremely cool you have video evidence. Hopefully that is enough to make you whole on some level with insurance. But I agree, if you have a driveway use it. Gotta be safer than street side. Shoot, mine’s in the garage and it’s almost 22 years old.

For sure! Only bummer is our garage is only a car and a half wide so it’s the wife’s spot. Driveway from now on no matter what
