I resemble that... This is such an incredibly happy weekend! After 6 years, I'm off the HOA Board at last, leaving it in the good hands of five new directors, a complete team that 's working weel together out of the starting gate Saturday, a great night's sleep, and a brighter morning downtown, though I was puzzled at first since I was the first to arrive at First Pres, but unlocked the door and turned on the lights. Managed to check song lyrics for praise band, and get to Bakery By The Lake for the Sunday cinnamon roll special and mug of coffee before 7:30 rehearsals. High winds came in with a warm front early Saturday morning (35 with snow/rain Friday, 53 at 2 a.m. Saturday driving home from school custodian work, avoiding most of the blow-down limbs).
Pulled out a couple sheets of HushMat and laid them out in the back of the Taco to flatten, and thanks to TW for detailed instruction on removing the AC rear door panels. Confidence gained!

Howdy Stockers. Excitement in Indiana this weekend. Super heavy winds on Saturday took out a few old trees, putting a lot of folks in the dark. In my case a massive old ash came down, catching some power lines, and while the line held, the pole snapped, leaving the top hanging in the trees. The power was already out, so we didn't know if it impacted service or not, or what might happen when they tried to restore the circuit. Long story short, no power/water/toilet/heat Saturday/Sunday. I kinda liked it. My son was losing his mind. Sunday afternoon got 4 crews out to sister a new pole to the old one and remount the lines. All good now.
