I have the new badlands pro jacket and pant and boots. Very well built and quality. Very expensive however. I wouldn’t buy it to ride full time off road. I do mostly touring and falling over in my driveway like this weekend. The padded pants and jacket def worked

I'm a noob and I'm gonna wreck. If it's gonna be full price to replace it I may as well go for more cost effective options.

It is, the pink one has new knobbies. I have the limiter set for super slow. Going to raise the speed next time because she can barely make it up the little incline in the track.

My first Hammer Run (NJ's only dual sport) was completed yesterday. 197 total miles (Around 100 each day) of sandy, whoopy, bar busting single track. I'm fucking wrecked.

It was a goddamn blast lol. We have the most fun straight destroying our bodies.

*EDIT* The thing I love about dual sports is I get more seat time during them than I do in like 3 months of riding. The endurance you build up is insane. You have so much time to really focus on your technique. And your desire to complete it and continually push yourself tests you mentally as well.

This was my clutch finger after yesterday:

Clutched so much that I got a massive blister on that bitch.

I really wanna buy that Bell Race Star helmet and test out the auto-tinting faceshield on there. Included in the price of a low, low, $800

Transition lenses only work for 3-5 years, and they get less effect every year. A dual visor will last longer.

Yeah that's really the only reason I haven't bought it lol. Though I guess that working lifespan is about the standard accepted period to use a helmet so it kind of works out? My AGV has an internal visor so in times like now when DST time changes, I can swap on a clear and still have some sun shading if needed.

Sigh...battery in the Aprilia is dead. Rather than screwing with it, I decided to order a lightweight lithium version and knock something off my build wishlist.

After being on vacation for 2 weeks, all I wanted to do was go for a ride when I got back. Not how I wanted to start my Sunday.

What brand did you get? I have a shorai going on about 5 years and an antigravity going on 3 years, I think? Love them except for when it's under freezing temps out, in which case they become a bit finicky.

I was so confused, because my work week is weird and I was afraid I had two more to go instead of one.

What state are you in? You can find dirt almost anywhere, but it does suckw hen you have to travel a couple hours to do really fun stuff. I need to go at least 2 hours to ride any rocks.
