Wife ordered some purple monster energy for the store recently, when they came in one was busted. She contacted them, they said it was non returnable. After she got done we didn’t have to return them…..or pay for them

My wife is already talking about mountain mansion lots, 2 acres each. I said nope to that. My grandfather bought it, went to my mom and uncle, they split it in half, now mom and dad gave it to me. 0 buildings, maybe a few tree stands.
