Definitely need to remove the brush guard on the front first thing. Maybe I’ll go with an aftermarket bumper.

I agree, possibly a tonneau cover also.

Dunno yet, maybe a 3in1 oil. The wheels definitely need to go. Any idea if I can fit 3.5s without needing a lift? Might need to do a viper cut so there is no rubbing.

Nah, I figure if it doesn’t drive right, I’ll just return it or have it serviced under warranty… hmmm it says here made in China. When did Toyota open a plant in China? Uh oh

The pedal commander just doesn't do much. I've never seen the point of those. Way better off just getting a tune and doing things right the first time around. It corrects so many things and enhances the drivability so much more. I never understood buying something that you know you're going to replace later on.

Installed the Greenlane Off-Road STUMP bumper last weekend (looking at those sexy wings for later) and then got a 3D Printed Fairlead cover on Etsy for $20. As far as installs go, this one was pretty fun and easy and the Greenlane video was a perfect instructional. It did end up taking me a while because of all the little screws and pieces you have to access and the biggest hang-up was moving the cooling coils back while I had my skid plates on. I loathe removing them even though it probably would've made that step easier in the long run. Sometimes I feel like I make things harder on myself by being lazy.

The only thing I thought was weird about the Greenlane bumper was removing the frame tube caps and using their hardware (grade 8 bolt, washers and ny-lock) in a larger hole at a non-specified torque, instead of leaving the caps in and using the existing hardware. Does anyone know the thought process behind that? I know other bumpers keep the caps on and reuse the giant bolts so I was curious why. I would think the double-layered steel tube with the heavy ass bolts would do a better job of holding it in place and the caps have a more finished look than the open tube?

The fairlead cover is from Fitzaprint and it's crazy how much the Inferno color shifts because this morning they matched and just now the cover looked way brighter. Trying to decide how much I like that vs. wanting to change it to another color. It was only $20 so not a big deal to replace it.

    A bunch of junk
I don't think anyone wants to admit that all of these rtt are the same, just different labels.
This trustmade is the same as the ovs mamba 3 that I had. Just doesn't weigh 250 fuckin pounds. (When I ordered the ovs, they advertised it as 150... it arrives 100 lbs heavier)

Without having owned any, I agree they are all the same with different logos. Maybe gfc are different, Definetly the superlite is different with its aluminum hex floor.

Yeah, after I looked at the footage when I got home I seen his head snap up right after impact, definitely was on his phone

He was honest and embarrassed, kept apologizing. I had no damage and he had a small scuff so we shook hands and went on our way!

Oil companies and their investors take all the risk, no one else. So, they should be able make money on what the market will bare. That's called capitalism and free trade.
