Tacos in St. Louis area

Well....I'm glad lots of people have great things to say about N2 Designs but my experience has been straight trash. Since my last post about the issues I've been having, they had me send back the smartphone module and then once they received it they would send out another one to me. I thought that was kind of lame that they didn't send me one first with a prepaid label inside and then have me send the faulty one back so I didn't have to wait as long but not a big deal. So I sent it in and they never emailed me saying they received it so I had to check the tracking myself. It said it was delivered and three days later I still hadn't heard anything. I sent them an email asking if they received it. Randomly the new one showed up and then I got an email from them saying that my new one was delivered. And now I'm sitting here and the new module is doing the same thing as the old one. The customer service representative checked when we were on the phone that I have full coverage in my area, and I also just verified myself that I am in full coverage area and still it's not working. Straight up disappointing.

Objection! Don't make me go back and find the original quote where I said I was thinking about getting the N2 designs remote start and you said get it it's amazing!!! There was no disclaimer that just meant remote starts in general!
