    I grew up in the neighborhood right behind that plaza. As kids, we'd walk along the river and through the woods (haha) to come out behind the old D&L clothing store. (It's now Staples.) I didn't know the Denny's was closed. I was just down there, with my Taco, this week to go to the UPS store. Didn't notice it. :(

    So you walked along 'The Hock'! Yeah D&L - another store that's long gone. You probably remember when Finast was there. I didn't realize Denny's was closed until someone sent me an email about it, but last time I was in that lot there was a dumpster in front of it. And I miss KMart! I think Denny's, like KMart closed many of their places.

    Can't believe I did this, then again I can as I'm a senior! As I'm walking to my black Tacoma in the parking lot yesterday afternoon I'm pressing my key fob, not seeing the lights flashing and wondering why. Then realized I'm looking at a black double cab parked about 4 spaces before mine.

    I did. Yes. The sewage treatment facility was upstream, so it had that kinda funk to it. Now, they've turned that river bank into a linear park. :D
