Does anybody have an idea of how the F^%$ you answer their F%%$ing anti spam question to register? I can't contact their adminstartor because you need to answer their F*%ing anti spam question to do that too.

Do I just enter the letters that are capitalized or the whole phrase along with the letters that are capitalzied?

I've done it both ways a dozen times and the shit don't work. Maybe I will just buy a f%$ing Aprillia and call it a day!

SO, how is that versys. I don't off road my KLR at all anymore. Was thinking of getting something a little more road mannered.

Was dead set on a TENERE for about 10 hours, but then the price and first year in america of it told me to wait.

I don't know. I just can't get past the looks of the Versey. Was thinking maybe it would be the KLR 650 V twin I was hoping they would make some day.

Maybe I'm just getting old but so many of the bikes in the last decade are getting fugly as hell. Even Ducati found a way to make some God awful looking heaps. I will probablly just end up getting another Yamaha R1 someday before they butcher those like the Gixxer, CBR and Ninja's.

The way the world events are going latley and only going to get worse, buying a toy should be the last thing on my list of things to do and it is for now.

If you don't offroad and if you don't need a large gas tank how about this Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 twin? They also now sell the 1200 Dorsoduro in the US this year. 130HP I believe on the 1200 and mid 90's on the 750.

One if not the best looking ass end of any bike I have seen, once the lic plate is tucked away. Just look at how the exhaust flows with the bodywork! I sat on one of these at the dealer and man they sound sooo nice bone stock.

Some drawbacks for me. Biggest is the small tank. Nearest dealers are both 40+ miles away. Being an Italian bike probablly spends more time in the shop than on the road. Much cheaper than that Yamaha Tenere.

I have a small super moto. Small enough to just call it a moto (crf230 for the wife). I tell ya though. Most fun you can have. I've only got a couple hours on a true super moto. They are fun as hell. Though I feel I'm trying too hard to look cool. Take off my helmet, to reveal thinning mostly grey hair. But still. its worth it on a super moto.

Looking to sell my bike right now. Don't know what I'll get. But if a wr250x shows up. I'll buy that.

My problem with KTM, DUcati and more recently aprilia is getting parts.

Not that its great for anything on the island. But trying to put an aprilia mille last summer was a nightmare. Had to order from italy via england.

KTM has american dealers but not many.

very true... chaparral is great for getting ktms and ktm parts though. they are here in CA. you could order anything from them of the internet including small parts off their full online parts diagrams and im sure they will ship to you... always at that additional price though...

yea, I don't chaparral in hawaii. They're the summit auto of motorcycles. They have it, but you can't have it in hawaii unless you pay overnight fedex price plus a hefty handling fee.

Summit once sent me a wire dongle in an envelope, DHL for 78 dollars on a 12 dollar part. Didn't even approve it through me. Quoted free shipping, charged 78... when I complained they referred me to some very fine print.
