i don’t have dimensions to check, so it’s possible that my printer shrank it a tiny bit…

I did have a small bit of warpage, but parts with a large footprint get that at the corners. Some day I’ll build an enclosure for it to prevent that.

Ok. I have an explanation. In the back I was hitting on the sloped part of the cubby which the shorter version now clears. I second the make 0.125" deeper.

Side to side I was centering on the rubber mat (which is currently a perfect fit), but there is some extra clearance on the sides due to the slope in the sides. I hesitantly also endorse the 0.125" wider assessment.

I will wait to print V5 with the added 0.125" depth and added 0.125" width.

Pictures showing fitment. It is pressed fully left and fully back when taking the pictures.

O.k., here are the V5 files.

I think there will probably be about one more iteration with final adjustments after this.

Moderators, please allow us to upload .stl files!

I'll print them again if you want to mail them to me. I have to work tomorrow, so I can print it tonight and then fit it in the AM before work. Cushy 0830 - 1800 job though, so I can have pictures up in the AM.

    This is TIGHT!!

I dig it. One thing I MIGHT change is to taper the “foot” about 5° with the bottom tapering in towards the inside. I don’t think that it’s needed though.

When I push down on it, there doesn’t seem to be any movement, nor is there any movement front to back or side to side.

    Looks good!

What do you mean by foot?

Did you print this upside down?

I printed the face that you see in the pictures down, didn’t use supports, so that’s why the center of the mag charger has some slight issues.

by foot, I mean the ring around the edge on the bottom side. That elevates the top face

    Files sent.

    I am amenable to a V6 version.

@GBourne mentioned tapering the walls 5° inward.

Not having printed it and actually seen the part in the cubby, I am relying on feedback for adjustments.

Maybe print one out and check fitment yourself? If it fits your needs we can stop here or if you have any additional changes you would like made post them up and I will incorporate them in a V6.
