I have ended up buying something that I was given after asking for it to be held. The seller didn't want to relist after I asked if it was ok, so I still bought it.

I get things come up, but you should always ask if it's ok to back out and if not.......honor your word.

 

Talked to head of HR. She told me they won't know for a few weeks. I'm gonna ask my manager tomorrow about the raise.

 

guess that's a no go on this weekend then

 

It'll be a very last minute decision. Depends on what my manager says. She told me yesterday they were gonna do whatever they can to get my raise. The HR call was about the hospital not taking away our supplies.

 

Im not leaving until later in the day anyways so its all good

 

I had three things for sale and had buyers for all three but this guy ask about one of them brfore they did and ask if I had anything else for sale first thing this morning. I told him what I had and he said he would take all of it. Then I got other buyers for each one of them, I told them there was someone above them, if he backs out I would let them know.
The guy ask a lot of questions during the day but said he wanted them. He ask me to get a price on shipping so I boxed it all up took it to ups, got a price, I tell him and nothing. Later on I ask him if he wants them and he says he don't have good enough reception to pay me. Lol, has good enough to ask all his questions. So now after buying a big box boxing it up and driving to get a price I get to unbox it put the stuff in smaller boxes and get three shipping quotes for the others that say they want them.

People saying I’ll meet you or I’m on my way. Then nothing. As a general rule people suck.

 

I tried to give away a bunch of button up shirts and jackets last year with the exception you use it and not turn around and sell. This bitch from Indiana asked if I'd mail them to her. I was like 1st off, your look says you have never worn any style of clothes I'm giving away, 2nd....I'm not paying to ship something I'm giving away for free. Needless to say, I deleted the post and donated it.
