The second alignment I guess they're not ready for yet because the new installed motor hasn't been bump check for rotation. I'm debating whether or not to mention I could align it without being coupled back up.
I want this outage and these hours to be over with though so everything I can push forward on is ground gained.
My new coworker said taxes withheld for 2 weeks was more than he made clear at his last jobo_O
I said, "yeah it pays well but look at the BS we got to deal with".

This is the only knife I own, about $14.95 I think....:anonymous:

This is #3 of these in about 30 years, they will wear to the point that they don't stay firmly closed, you reach in your pocket and feel the point peeking out.

My job didn't pay well -- but look how much BS I got to deal with... o_O

I suppose it would be the ideal job for someone with masochistic tendencies  -- for me it just kind of sucked. :frusty:

Good early morning Wrenchmen, overnight low of 57 here, the weather guessers are saying :rain::rain:.

I mulched the last of the in town lawns yesterday -- this was a good season, 2 tie rod ends, 1 carburetor($15) and some broken clutch wires (free). One repair for each machine, less than $100 total.

Reminds me of my younger days.

Now I could stay home for weeks if needed.

    No Service for me.

I had bad sinuses anything under 10' in water the pain was incredible!!

The very first time I really thought my head was going to explode. I was not one for swimming so this was not till the end of 11th grade.

I had visions of the Navy and under water welding when that was not going to happen I did not want to be stuck

So I shifted gears and was lucky to get adopted by the older Mill Wrights and never looked back soaking up job skills like a sponge.

Worked in many DOD contractors plants over the years.

20 degrees, feels like 4 and I'm heading outside to shovel snow ice.

If I'm not back in an hour, save yourselves.

    Ice sucks at any time!!

I was always told Mom had me so she no longer needed to do this type of thing .

By the time I was 12 I only used a huge grain shovel.

Boss man talked to the customer about these, they said it doesn’t matter it’s just clearance for a 1/4” bolt. Why put a .002” tolerance on it if that’s the case

Ice is the absolute worst. I'd rather shovel 10 feet of snow than deal with a 1/8" of ice.

    Reserected from the dead.
I was wondering the same. Size difference in 1/4" bolts is way bigger than the tolerances that were asked for.
