Sorry to hear that, but FAR better than disc issues or bone deterioration. Thankfully there are methods to improve your condition. ANY back surgery (C/T/L) is a trade-off. Unbearable vs Livable. Fusions are also a gamble, probably more like 50/50 vs rod/screws.

Funny story there…

Being from the south, with a father from Wisconsin, I eventually moved north. I had seen, experienced and driven in pretty much everything except a desert (does Texas/Mexico count?). I settled in DC, ready for my first full time winter… What a clown circus! Imagine all these people from around the world attempting to drive in this funny wet stuff they had never experienced before. Oh the humanity! I know exactly where they get all the blooper films from. Watching them walk was also a scene from Benny Hill.

 

They told me I’d have to have my neck fused at some point and to put it off as long as I can, that was 12 years ago. I have 3 bulging disc on top of each other.

My dads neck is fused, he’s had 8 back operations and has degenerative disc disease, there’s nothing else they can do for him now.

 

180 of 300 done. Can’t tell you what or who they are for. Half get pressed pins, the other half are slip fit. We sent the prototype to Texas last week, 20 pieces makes a set. Overnight freight was $375

 

Hmm anybody paying that kinda dough on freight must have some kinda serious deadline..
