I maintain my “get a 3 car garage” opinion, but looks nice. A lot of house though for one person.

 

A garage is extremely important IMHO.

 

Yeah. I fear with my next place I won’t have a garage. Which doesn’t thrill me.

 

Would you have to buy land somewhere to have something like that built?

 

I couldn't handle not having a garage.

 

This. If you know your ride is basically sound it is definitely worth at least really thinking about a major repair versus replacement.

 

It actually went well.

Short version, about 12 years ago at my yearly they found a trace amount of blood in my urine. Ended up getting a bladder scope to make sure..came back fine, but after that it burned like fuck to pee for 8 days. I almost couldn't stand up to tinkle the first couple of days.

 

It’s a cost you pay for living in a high COL area. As much as I love having a garage, it reaches a point where my desire to live in a certain area outweighs the ability to have a garage. But it wouldn’t be long term.

This girl is autistic, and I mean really autistic; I think I upset her because I told her I'd rather watch The Walking Dead than talk about how many friends we have in common at one in the morning...

 

Definitely in much better condition than if I'd carved them from the top, but the local wildlife has been snacking...

 

Pennsylvania does not have a plastic bag ban, yet...

Wegman's has instituted just such a ban at all Pennsylvania locations, and charges five cents per bag for plastic bags.

Solebury Township has declared war on plastic bags, and Rice's market has been forced to comply...

 

How stupid, when l was young they forced out paper bags in favor of plastic.
