Tacoma relay and fuse box ticking noise

what could this noise?? whenever i go over bumps or just move it around it ticks (even with car off) where could it be coming from please let me know! fuse box tick noise engine bay fuse box*

figured out where the noise is coming from.. found cracks in the wheel well. never seen anything like this, photo above^^

 

Assuming the fuse box in the cab to the left of the steering wheel.

Can you identify which relay is clicking?

 

i cannot identify which relay is clicking.

 

Unplug the relays 1 at a time until the clicking stops.

You sure it's not just the plastic of the fuse box that's loose? Doesn't sound like a relay.

 

everything seems to be tight. i checked around for any loose plastic or debris under, all the bolts are tight aswell

 

You could unhook the battery and see if it still does it, that would tell you if it's something electrical or not.

What year is the truck? There are more relays and such on the 2012-2015 and a supplemental fuse box.

Edit: your profile photo shows a 2.0 gen (2005-2011). What model is it?

 

it’s a 2010

 

Just saw you updated the first post with the video. Sounds like plastic to me snapping back into the inner fender liner. I would disconnect the battery and then un old the fuse box and look for witness marks on the bottom to see if it’s been running or a piece is broken or cracked.

 

Probably the fuel vapor vacuum switch. It's common.
