throttle issue

Hi Guys,
As you know I got with state inspection for my taco but now I can pass it but once I pass inspection my MIL is on and got some code before, the code about MAF sensor and SAI system.. I go head test my MAF sensor with multimeter and weird stuff is, as I depressed pedal accelerator the number on multimeter going down instead going up, so I replace the MAF sensor but when I drive my truck suddenly my truck won't run over 50mile/hour even I depress accelerator pedal all the way down.

Once I check again turns out the throttle butterfly won't fully open when I depressed gas pedal, so I un install pedal commander but still same. What you guys think cause the throttle butterfly won't fully open?
When I depressed gas pedal all the way down and the throttle only open 20%,
Do you think pedal commander ruin my accelerator pedal?

When is the last time you cleaned it

 

Aren’t you supercharged and running a different throttle body?
Or am I thinking of someone else?

 

A secondary air injection system fault will cause the truck to go into limp mode as you described so you will need to diagnose that first.

Woow.... that big part of SAI system for the engine.
Before this happen I got P2433 and P2438 but now I got only P2433, is it for the air pump?
But I test straight from battery the pump work and when I turn engine off I hear pump too.

 

I test both the air injection valve too and both open and close too,
