For my next trick I shall turn a custom built-in cabinet for a friend's place in Tosa into a new front bumper. Or maybe sliders. Or maybe a 2nd set of wheels and tires...

You mentioned if I had a stock UCA and alignment specs it would rub. Would just getting an alignment make it not rub? I really am not looking to spend the extra money on getting UCA's after just spending an arm and a leg on wheels and tires lmao

It's possible that will work but no guarantees. When I researched the same question it seems the only true answer is no two trucks are the same and you have to find out what works for yours via trial & error.

Start selling Taco graphics! I still need to get out by you for the hood blackout decal. Did you get a 3rd gen to measure up for that yet?

yeah I guess I let you guys know. Wheels are supposedly coming tuesday and TPMS sensors wednesday and if everything comes on time I will mount it all on friday and send you guys pictures. Then I would probably get an alignment as soon as I can after that. Current timeframe for all of this. Best case scenario No rubbing on the UCA's That would not be good.

Noice! That looks really sharp, and I love the story behind it as well.

so, I have 5 acres up against about 200 acres of green space in town (Ashland.) Took the puppy for a walk this morning and found this laying out in the back:

    deer.jpg

Well, gave the neighbor a call. not him, but a guy up the street a ways shot and lost one about dusk last night. He came by later and picked it up after I showed him where it was. My buddy on the other side has been watching this guy for a few weeks now... but missed his chance. He is sad. Still a spike running around the neighborhood...

Here's how I've been storing mine. I didn't like the idea of the bar sticking out, and it only takes a minute to put the bar and chain on. If I know I'm going to be using it a lot, I just put it together and set it on top of the tote.

    PXL_20221113_192736412.jpg

How are the tires working out? Looks like they're sticking to the snow pretty good.

    Whittlesey? :)

Dude! Purty.... Also looks sturdy enough to park a Taco on

True.... But..... Quality parts make for a quality ride

Tell them you want positive caster. Between 2 and 4, but closer to 4 if possible.

Wish you were closer, I'd have you swing by the shop at 4:30 and show you how to mount them. All you'd owe me would be two fresh McChickens
