Colorado requires registering vehicles operating in CO within 90 days of becoming a resident to close loopholes.

 

I thought it was 30 days… searching…
Oh, I see... You have 90 days to establish residency and THEN only 30 days from then to register. So you can legally not transfer your vehicle for 4 months.

Self etching with filler primer has held up quite well for me on cleaned up steel projects, rear bumper, need rack, sliders. When u didn't do that I've had some issues but those were rush prep

Anyone have a welder or know a shop where I could work for 1-2 hours? Catalytic converter was cut off my '08 Corolla. I need somewhere I can tack it in place and drop the exhaust to finish the weld. Welded MIG from 16-23, so I promise to not break anything and can pay a use fee.

Alternatively I would accept suggestions on a garage welder, but my impression is they're probably junk.

 

After about 3 years of LS3 based issues, computer swaps, and time bouncing between shops in New Mexico and Watkins, CO, the beast is finally in Longmont!

A-1 Racing in Watkins was finally able to tune out the emissions drama, and get a tune on it. Had to put in a Camaro computer to talk to the Lingenfelter computer….now who said these LS swaps were easy????

 

Anyone know a shop near Longmont that will balance beadlocks? (No I’m not doing the airsoft BB’s or the bag of trucker sand thing).

 

how did this go? how many quarts of fluid came out with the drop pan and filter check/clean? Gonna drop the pan and replace the filter in my Gen3 before next season tow events begin.

 

It’s on the todo list. Hopefully get it done in the next few weeks.

 

Friend of mine worked there for about a decade.
They sold out to some big corp. and they "Laid off" her and a half the staff, the rest started quitting the new management.

Any chance Roadsidewerx or JC's British & 4x4 looked at your Disco? Just curious, since they both have LS experience (one does a tons of LS swaps, and one diagnosed an LS swap problem the swapper couldn't figure out), and wondering if they were stumped by your issue.
