What’s up everyone. So I just lifted my truck with OME 886 coils and HD Dakar leafs. Im pretty new to this stuff and was wondering if anyone might be able to offer me any insight on what size tires I might be able to fit without having to do a CMC. I’m open to doing some trimming. Just trying to gain as much clearance as I can without a CMC. The wheels I’m running are American racing wheels which are 17x8 00mm. Any advice will be much apprecited. thx

    265/70/17. With no cutting
285/70/17 with a cab mount cut
Plenty of info on that, just search the forum

    What this guy said.

Lifting does NOT let you magically fit bigger tires. Cab mount is first limiting factor, lift does not change that. Bigger than 265/70/17 prepare to do CMC and other fun arts & crafts with a saw and hammer.

If you want taller tires and not necessarily wider tires look in the Tires subforum about skinny 33’s. Those require less massaging…sometimes.

Any knowledge about 275/70/r17? Seems like a lot of people are able to fit these without a cmc.

I would think if you can get enough caster, you should be able to run that size without a CMC.

I just bought a set of SPC UCA’s. Do you think I’ll be able to get enough castor out of them?

I have about a 2.5 inch lift with stock UCAs and my caster maxed out at about 2.1. So, yes, with SPC's you should be able to get a lot more than that...
