I’ve been contemplating making the drive up that way and snagging one. I believe your shop is only open M-F? (Per Google)

 

Yes we are only open Monday - Friday 9-5. However we have a rigs and brews the second Saturday of every month and we would be happy to do a cap install before or after.

 

I am busy the second Saturday of this month, but knowing that makes it a bit easier to make the trip up, especially with beer involved.

It is probably difficult to know future stock of the EvoA caps, but how regularly do these come in? Wondering if its worth it to wait for the updated locks (if that is in the near future).

Shipments on these has been all over the place. Sometimes we get one a month, other times 4 or 8 at a time. As for the new locks installed on a cap I would say late Jan is a possibility. I also would not be surprised to see a price increase at the first of the year either.

Interested, do U have anyone on east coast, I live is SE Virginia you recommend to do the install? Or is this something I can do myself?

 

Anyone of the Smart Cap dealers can perform the install. However most of our customers install it themselves, as long as you can round up 3 other people to help you pick it up and put it on. The RSI thread has plenty of diy info.
